Legal
Terms
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Miine. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The short version
Make a page, put your things on it, share it. Do not upload what is not yours, and do not use Miine to harm people. We are building this as we go, so the service will change.
Your account
You need a working email address and must be at least 13. Keep access to your inbox — it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for the content you publish.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content, for as long as you keep it on Miine, for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. "Adapt" here means the technical changes needed to run the product — resizing an image, generating a preview, or rendering your page at different screen sizes.
This licence ends when the content is removed from Miine. Copies may persist for a period in backups, and files you have uploaded may remain in storage until we remove them — ask us and we will.
What you are responsible for
You must have the rights to everything you publish. Do not use Miine for:
- Infringing someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Impersonating a person or organisation
- Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive links
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats
- Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content
- Automated scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service
- Reselling or redistributing Miine as your own product
Copyright complaints
Miine is currently run by one person, so replies may take a few days — but every report is read and acted on.
If something on Miine infringes your copyright, tell us at inbox.mujahid@gmail.com with "Copyright" in the subject line, and include the work concerned, the Miine URL hosting it, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We remove infringing material once verified, and repeat infringers lose their accounts. If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply and we will review it.
The service will change
Miine is actively being built. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may set or adjust limits — on storage, uploads, number of links, or anything else — as the service grows.
Miine is free today. We intend to introduce paid features or plans in future, and some things that are free now may become part of a paid plan. If that happens we will tell you in advance and you can decide whether to continue. We will never start charging you for something without asking first.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a page or account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
You can stop using Miine whenever you like. To have your account deleted, email us — see Privacy.
Availability and liability
Miine is provided as-is. We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or content published by users. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as Miine changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top and post the new version here.
For material changes — anything that meaningfully affects your rights, your content, or what you pay — we will post them here before they take effect, and give notice in the product or by email where we reasonably can. Continuing to use Miine after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, email us and we will delete your account and content.
